Everything starts with a stance, so lock in to building the proper mechanics. This is vitamin work. Not pretty. Not flashy. But necessary! Get WIDE. Wider than what's comfortable. The goal is to have your feet outside of the defender's. Sit your hips down. Keep your chest up. And follow the instructions. POE's: -No bobbing - Lead with outside foot (if I'm sliding left, lead with left foot) - For the "points of contact" segment: think 4 steps for every bounce. Fire those feet!
